The experience my wife and I had at Infiniti of Denver was nothing short of amazing. We were helped by Michael Burrows who went out of his way to take care of us. We showed up shortly before closing and asked if we could see a couple of cars. Michael very quickly located the cars, showed them to us and gave us a run down on specs and features as we were pretty unfamiliar with the Infiniti vehicles. After we chose one that we really liked he got us set up for a test drive. We drove the car and pretty much fell in love. We came inside looked at some numbers and stewed on it for just a minute. By this point the dealership was technically closed. We asked if we could look at a QX50 they had on the lot and Mike again very quickly got the car and sent us on a test drive. We came back and decided we really loved the Q50 that we had already looked at but we wanted to go home and really think about it. Mike grabbed the manager and introduced us. Jason then got us a detailed print out of the price and information about the car. We decided to go home and make sure it was the one. We got ahold of Mike after some time thinking and let him know we wanted it. Mike said they would detail it, gas it up, and have it ready for us when we came in. We came in did the paperwork and were out in less then an hour. The whole experience was amazing and Mike went way out of his way to make our experience incredible. Thank you Mike and Infiniti of Denver! You have created life long customers out of us!

Chris in the services area was excellent. I would recommend him 1000 times if i could! He was very commutative and tried to help me save money on fixing my vehicle. This being my first car, I didn’t have all the answers to some of his questions and he better explained everything for me for me to understand.

I’ve been bringing my car here since 2019 when I first moved here and truthfully I’ve never had any complaints. They are friendly, efficient and informative. I get everything in detail. What really stood out was this last visit. They have this valet service where they will come to your home, pick up your car, and bring it back once it’s done. They did this for an oil change. At the checkout call, he even applied a coupon for it. Incredible customer service. I can go somewhere and save some bucks but the service, convenience and quality I get here is worth everything.
