First time buying a new car for me and my girl friend and our growing family. The car we went to see was not actually there but they gave us such a good deal on a new 2019 we decided to go ahead and finance it. Everyone was nice and the sales manager seems pretty down to earth. So far so good. I’ll keep updating this.

HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE. They deserve ZERO stars. By far the WORST service I have ever received. I went in November and purchased a car, after paperwork was signed they said they did not have title and would call the next day so I could pick up the car the. They gave me the run around and it took TWO WEEKS of me chasing them to get the car. When I asked to speak to a manager to get an update, I was referred to Frank who basically said “you weren’t in a rush to get a car, what’s the rush now, i don’t understand why we are having this conversation” - when they had provided ZERO communication as to why I was not getting a car we had already signed a purchase agreement on. As if that’s not enough, I got a call to pick up the car, called them later that day to advise I was on my way, and they then advised the car was not detailed yet. Waited another day, went to pick up the car, inspection sticker not done. They advised me I could go somewhere else and they would reimburse me and since I was beyond fed up with them, I did. It’s been over 2 months and I still have not been refunded. The lack of communication, clarity and professionalism is beyond disgusting. Super sketchy and untrustworthy. They do not deserve to be in business. Everyone working there is awful. They offered first year oil services and some some sort of guarantees but if you ever deal with them, you’ll be so fed up you’ll prefer paying somewhere else versus dealing with this pathetic place. TRASH.
Brought my car in for a suspension issue to be resolved. Car was purchased at another Infiniti dealership. That couldn’t or refused to resolve the issue. Spoke with Leah service tech at Hanover. This young lady and the team behind her was awesome! Not only did they diagnose my issue correctly the first time she went above and beyond calling the other dealership and pointing out the issues on my behalf. The other dealership finally fixed my car, however I will only go to Hanover for all my future service appointments. And when I’m ready to trade up I will be going to Hanover. To many details to list on resolving the issues but I will say I bought 2 Infiniti’s from Norwood you think they would do better. Thank you Leah I know you will point me to the right salesperson in Hanover when I’m ready.
Our experience at Infinity of Hanover was like no other! Exceptional customer service by Meghan, Shannon and Kyle. From the first conversation on the phone to the final steps of the process it has been amazing. There was never any pressure- only willingness to work with us! I highly recommend
Today I made an appointment to come in to see a 2020 Dodge Ram. As soon as I got there Anna came and greet me let me took it for test drive. After the test drive Frank took care of the number for me. I was so happy that I decided I went ahead and bought the car.
