Erika has provided an excellent customer service. Her knowledge and skills of explaining to customer the scope of maintenance options are easy to understand. She is very thorough in making sure the customer is informed of the car maintenance status and any additional findings/fix required in the course of maintenance. She made an effort to check and extend the applicable customers discounts. My car was thoroughly cleaned when handover to me. Erika and team deserve a 5-star rank and Infinity is lucky to have these great employees.

I love that Mark keeps me informed of what’s going on with my car. Mark remembered to buff my headlights, because they were so badly marked up, it was hard to see at night. I was out of there at the estimated time. The Waiting room is very comfortable and quiet. I appreciate the speed and efficiency of my car being taken car of so I can get on with my own schedule. Mark is very thorough with taking care of things, and he is so friendly.
