Impressed by the awesome customer service given to my husband and I when we purchased our daughters first car, and I'm not easily impressed. We made our purchase through a sales rep named John Maina, from the start he was nice, polite, professional and honest. This was the fourth vehicle we had looked at while searching for a vehicle for our daughter and because of John being honest, thorough and answering every single question we had, we decided to purchase the vehicle. He made us feel comfortable and confident about our purchase, and I appreciate that very much. Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was very polite and professional. Could not have asked for a better buying experience.

There was nothing to required action! they just did everything simple and quick even in the couple days included delivery to my home. I truly satisfying my new car and the service style. Just call them and give your needs. it will be done before the weekend.

I called in earlier today to schedule an appointment for oil change. The girl over the phone was very helpful and told me to bring in my car at 4 and that they will take care of it. I do so, I arrive to the dealership 5 minutes before my scheduled time, parked in the service area after a representative told me to do so. I waited in my car for few minutes waiting for someone to come and help me but no one did. After approximately 4 minutes a car comes behind mine, a customer comes out of the car and walked in. I decided to follow him right away. I go in and a representative walked out to greet us. The other customer said I am here to get my car serviced, I said I am here for service as well. She asked if we had an appointment, he said no, I said that I called in earlier and that I have arrived before the other customer. She said she will get us checked in. We both waited in the lounge area for 5 minutes. Another representative walks straight to the other customer and took him to one of the cubicle and get him helped. I have waited so far for 50 minutes and yet to be checked in. After 30 minutes, I went to the same representative that helped us earlier when we walked in, and asked her why haven’t I been checked in yet, and why the other customer got service before me. She said the other customer had an appointment (which is a complete lie) and that I will be checked-in in couple of minutes. 20 minutes later I am still in the lobby and no one seems to care about my existence. Very poor customer service. The funny part, when we first walked in, she didn’t ask for our names, but magically the other customer all of the sudden had an appointment \u200d️.

I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end purchasing my car from Mouris, Manuel, and the rest of the team at Infiniti of Ontario. It was a night and day difference after having a terrible experience at another dealer previously. They were kind, courteous and efficient all along the way allowing for a seamless buying experience.

Hats off to Mr Jerome Porter. Best Service Advisor I ever had. Mr Porter has been my Service Advisor since I first leased my 2017 Q 60 and treated it like it was his own since the beginning. Infiniti of Ontario is a great establishment with a fantastic waiting room. Some people maybe upset for the wait time but will definitely be comfortable. Nice couches and TV. Always great service and experience at Infiniti of Ontario. Thank you
