I’m very decisive which helped my process go smoothly. It took an hour less to process everything since I had my paper work in order and their systems are quick.In one day I decided and Tommy went to their Bethesda location to make a deal and retrieve a car I wanted from their sister site. He helped me work out everything with their finance department, setup my new car including my little ones car seats. It was really a seamless experience. Tommy was fantastic. While I hate the car shopping experience he made it relaxed and easy no pushing, no frills and I had a quiet place to work and take meetings while paperwork was being processed. I will definitely refer my family to Tommy and to use Infiniti of silver spring for their brand of car or certified used cars which is what I purchased, a fully loaded Subaru.

I,love everything about this place!!! The mechanics are pure geniuses. The Service team are,so knowledgeable, considerate and professional. There's refreshments, literature etc. And there's Mr. Ifran Ansari, he's pure perfection. Every time My husband and I come he's always available, polite & responsive. A lot of car dealers talk to women as though we're either stupid or just not there. Not here,you're part of the conversation & the decision making process.
