I recently called IRM in Tampa to try to get my 2019 w2. At first I was gonna have to pay a fee of 50 but with the exceptional help from Amber, we figured out that it was a clerical error and im receiving my w2 with no charge. Thats not the reason for this review. The reason is that from the first second of my phone call Amber was amazing , courteous and wanting to help me. Even when I got a little upset bcuz of the 50 fee she didn't take it personal and actually had me no longer angry in minutes. She got off the phone , looked into my situation and called me back with great news within 30 mins..If I was to own a business WITH Customer communication I would hope to have a clone of Amber.she is an asset to your company and absolutely perfect for front line customer communication. She needs a raise
