In fact, I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next business day as I put the ticket in around 5:30 p.m. But Tyler called what seemed like right after I hit send and fixed my email issue right away! I keep thinking eventually I will land a bad, or at least sloppy, customer service rep from Infinity, but much to my happiness, I keep getting top of the line people.
