Stopped In out of random to get a newly purchased full suspension mountain bike sized to fit my weight, and overall efficiency. Worked with Brian, and hands down he is exceptional at what he does. Brian’s knowledge is brilliant, and he has a calm, collective vibe. Additionally, he takes the time to explain the process with using vocabulary that is well understood. I have been to several other bike shops, however after one visit to Infinity, I have a sense of loyalty to this shop. I will return back. Thanks again!

These boys care! They are very passionate about bikes and biking as a sport. You can see this right as you step through the door, they want to get you out there and they want you to be satisfied. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. This is the only shop I will go to for service, parts and advice. I can't recommend them enough! Go check them out and if you are feeling extra appreciative/generous after they do a killer job servicing your bike.... bring them a 6 pack of Ridge Top Red Ale by Silver City Brewery!

This shop is phenomenal! Ive had them work on 3 bicycles of mine and every time, they exceed my expectations. The work is always done right and always for a fair price. They are the only place I trust with my equipment. They work on everything; mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Not only do I think this is the best shop on the peninsula, but its one of the best shops around, period! I can't recommend them enough, 10/10 recommend!

Great customer service! I purchased a new saddle for my road bike from Infinity Cyclery that I absolutely love. Having a comfy saddle can make the difference between a dream ride and a nightmare. Thanks to their expertise, I am now experiencing the dream rides with no sore bottom. Yay! We've also brought our mountain bikes in for various repairs and have always been impressed with their quick turnaround. I highly recommend this business.

As much as I love riding my mountain bike, I don't perform as much maintenance as I should, so I am usually underprepared to deal with an issue. The guys at the store were able to help me through my tire issues quickly and with ease (in and out of the store in \u003c15min). In addition, the store was not busy when I arrived, so they were able to take the time to show me how to perform the maintenance by myself in the future. I will definitely be taking my bike here for all future service.
