Marina the receptionist hung up on me and was very rude and un professional. My electricity has been off since last night 6pm and my phone is going to die and my food in the refrigerator is going to go bad because these people do not handle resident claims in a timely matter I’ve called three times and I’m still currently waiting for someone to show up . Run away quick and do not rent from any property that three are managing! Terrible ! Not only in this incident but in other times of fixing water and toilet they take months to respond. They do not care about customer service at all! Please don’t get caught up putting your hard earned money to rent anything from these people absolutely terrible

The ONLY reason I’m leaving this positive review is in regards to Emma Romero at Ingenious Asset Group. She listens, provides answers & checks up days after to see if services have been provided. Not only professional, but she’s charming and kind. Emma has helped me through the issues with my lease during the corona virus, alongside Ozzy (maintenance/building helper). I hope the managers at Ingenious are able to see what I see in Miss Romero and give her a raise and a promotion because she deserves one! Without her help I would think Ingenious is lacking in proper management & service to its tenants. The other employees I’ve come in contact with from Ingenious have really been nothing but confusion & a lack of initiative. So thank you, Emma Romero. I wish you the best. - Kevin Villanueva

This being the search for my first apartment that I lease under my name, with no roommates, no family members, no co-signer, just me - my very own place to call home. Apartment hunting in LA during this pandemic has had its challenges to say the least. The first month of looking and applying for apartments was grim - everything felt so transactional and my interactions with landlords and/or property managers made me feel like I was just a number. But luckily, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Claudia Cuevas from Ingenious Asset Group over the last 3 weeks. From the very start of our interactions I could notice there was a professional quality difference between her and all the other property management companies I had spoken to prior. Claudia went above and beyond to make sure all my answers were met and to make the process of leasing my first apartment as smooth and as painless as possible.
