Keith & Mike could not have been nicer or easier to work with. There were some things being done to my lawn when they arrived, instead of leaving they waited the 5 minutes, greeted me, asked if I had any questions, explained what they were going to do, and completed the sealing professionally. From the 1st phone call it took 3 days for someone to come out and look at my driveway. It then took 4 days to get a proposal via email. It took 3 more days to talk to somebody about the proposal, for 1875. My driveway is 376 sq.feet, 119 ft² of the 376 is Stamped brick in the pavement that is color red. The proposal reads 375 to do the seal coating 1500 to do the color coatng. The woman on the phone was very rude with me, the guy that came out for the estimate was overly sarcastic. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you hate them. I called Hastings, that day they gave me a proposal for 335.

I had an appointment for sealcoating 9/23/20. No one showed! I’ve called both Express and Kaplan every day with no response! I am so frustrated! If I could give no stars if I could!
