I would not use this individual as he has stolen my deposit money. I have multiple text messages from him stating he will be at my house on a specific day and never shows up. Individuals that run businesses like this need to be shut down. Do not use this business!!!!
Don’t waste your time, they strung me along for no reason. Would rate a zero if it was allowed. I ordered a tempered glass door with Rick, quoted and told me it takes 1 week, called to pick up, never returned calls (over 6 additional calls) over 3 weeks, I called from other numbers and they would pick up 1st time, then block numbers, no explanations, just ignored. I was always nice and professional, they are not.
Found these guys via Thumbtack. They we're quick to respond. They were able to replace a broken window in my storm door and also fix a glass shower door. Good prices. Will use them again for any glass needs.
Rick gave us a good quote for the repair of broken seals, showed up on time, did the work, and offered a guarantee. He communicated via text which was very convenient. We would do business with Pane in the Glass again.
These guys did a great job replacing glass in a window broken by a golf ball. It was a difficult job due to some rotted wood in the frame but they got it done. Prices are fair and they're super nice to work with.
