My husband, son, dog and I have lived in Bell South for about a year. Overall, we have had a very smooth living experience. I especially appreciate the staff, who are courteous, responsive, respectful and timely. The management is very competent, which I appreciate. The apartment complex is always neat, clean and tidy, which is important for me. I like the green space within, the heated pool, the open-concept living spaces, the community amenities, and the freeway access.

The team at Bell South Bay is extraordinary. I especially appreciate the service provided by Jason. He has been so kind and extremely helpful. He is always available no matter what the question or situation is. He genuinely makes you feel like family in the best way. I feel extremely fortunate to have Jason, Kirstin, and Kent assist me in what normally would be an exciting but stressful time.

BELL SOUTH BAY beautiful property with great sized apartments and fair pricing. Kent was very quick to respond to my daughters questions, as we asked for more details about the community. He was very informative and professional. My daughter and my self will be moving to the area in a couple of months, so I did not apply the same day, but my experience, starting from my first email to the tour was so great, I will have no hesitation to come back and apply once my lease is up at my current place.

I have been living here for almost a year now, and it has been amazing! The common areas are always clean. The leasing center is always very friendly, as well as the maintenance team. They are always happy to help in every way possible. The events they do are a fun way to meet your neighbors. Kudos to Jason, Kirstin, Kim, and the rest of the team here!

I lost my keys and a kind resident returned it to the office. This saved me about 500 and a trip to the car dealership. It's nice to know we have some nice residents that live here. The office and maintenance teams work hard at making this place wonderful. Jason showed us the apartment when we toured. He was great and answered all of my questions. The assistant manager Kristin deserves a shoutout for always being ready to help.
