This place has excellent service as well as yummy food. One of my favourite restaurants in the city. The meals arrived quickly and the rates were reasonable. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Pass on this food. I was at the adjacent Sprint store and saw photos in the window. After reading about how healthy the food was I decided to try it. The chicken was dried out and had absolutely no seasoning. It seem to have flavor removed if that's possible. The meal was lukewarm. Nothing was hot. The vegetables were dry and the meal just had no flavor. Not sure why they tefuse to add flavor. Or at the veey least, serve the food hot. I gave two stars because my dog gulped down the balance without complaint. So all was not lost.

We have been to several different locations for The Flame Broiler and continue to enjoy their tasty but healthy food choices. I love their half & half bowl (1/2 chicken & 1/2 beef) with double vegetables and no rice. They also have zingy hot sauce or sweet barbeque sauce to go on your bowl. I really like this chain of restaurants, they are quite consistent.

Always freshly made my choice was the half and half (chicken & beef) with brown rice coupked with vegetables. They have three or four different sauces you can add usiually consisting of various spice level hot sauces. My choice is the magic sauce, not a hot sauce but a great flavor additive.
