No! no! no! one ever answers their phone. I really think this was a huge mistake coming from Lawndale to Inglewood. My first encounter on the 7th floor was a rude lady saying no dogs allowed with a mean face. Second encounter was all bad that lady was also mean but Mrs. Spencer was so polite but I could never get a hold of her.
