This was a horrendous experience. The real issues were when I returned the following night to collect my car. There was a 40 minute wait at LAX until the van came for myself and a couple of others. When we arrived at the lot, they were understaffed and with only 1 guy looking for customers cars, it was going to be a long wait. when I went into the office to ask how long it would take, I was appalled to see keys everywhere..all over the floor, hanging from the walls, under the desk, everywhere. No order, no system, no way at all of seeing whose key was whose.I was told to find my key. This was like looking for a needle in a haystack. When one of the employees amazingly found my key, he then spent about 20 minutes looking for my car. when he found it there were 3 cars in front of my car which meant looking for 3 other car keys. an hour and a half later we had found the keys and I got out. there was one car which was left running the entire time I was there-who knows whether the battery will be totally flat whenever the owner returns. It was like a bad dream, trying to find the keys, the car and having no help whatsoever from the people in the office. No matter how much it may cost, this is absolutely not worth it. If it hadn't been for Vince, who was the only person to try to help me, I would probably still be wandering around looking for my car...All in all, 3 hours after my plane landed, I was finally on my way home.

Dropping off my car was no problem, and the shuttle was there within minutes to take me to the airport. Picking up my car was a different story. The shuttle arrived after a 40min wait and two phone calls. No one was in the office when I arrived, and there were several angry customers already waiting, one of whom said her keys were lost, another of whom said her car was blocked in and they couldn't get it out. The office itself was unsecured, with everyone's keys available to anyone who might have wandered by. The staff person who finally came could not find my key either (it turned out to be with another staff person, after I waited nearly an hour). My car was right up front, so I thought all was well, until I noticed that the frame on my stereo was loose. After closer inspection, I noticed that there were marks around the sides where someone evidently had unsuccessfully tried to pry out my stereo. My radio presets were also all erased, and the clock wasn't set. I can only assume someone disconnected the battery and tried to steal my stereo. There was no other damage, so either my car was left unlocked, someone retrieved my key from the unsecured office and then returned it after attempting the theft, or it was a staff member. The whole experience was very disconcerting, and I cringe to imagine how much worse it could have been. I most certainly will never use Premier Parking again.

The driver is a maniac, he was passing cars left and right at speeds well over the limit, the luggage was shifting all the time. When we returned, we call the office as per instructions on the piece of paper given with our ticket, I called in at 5:25 am to request a pick up shuttle, and I was told 10 to 15 min wait, at 5:50 my wife called the shuttle driver direct and she was told 10-15 minutes because he hadn't left the lot. I called again at 6:03 again to see what was going on and finally left at 6:10 am That's a 45 minute wait. And then we got the same maniac driver, trying to beat his own record I think. ( Do they have only one shuttle?) So needles to say, I will never use your services again.

I recently parked my vehicle in premiers parking lot for a week. When I returned to LAX, my ride took almost an hour to pick me up. The employees were unable to locate my vehicle (which should have been parked in front, because each vehicle has a pick up date) and after locating the vehicle myself I found it had been broken into, ransacked, stereo stolen, dash board was wasted and battery was dead, because the lights were left on. They had no forms to fill out for damage, no camera's securing their lot, no security whatsoever and, I have been given the run around for the past 30 days. I have made numerous calls with no results. They are unwilling to accept responsibility, and each time I call they act as if they have no idea what I am talking about. They are unwilling to divulge their insurance company for their lot. The manager of the lot (Russell) has not returned my call in 3 weeks. I had a police report taken on site, and even the police were convinced the thefts were due to lack of employee and lot supervision. I am taking this as far as I can go to get resolution, even if it means shutting down that lot. According to Hawthorne police there have been over 20 calls for theft and damage in that lot in less than one year, since PremierparkingUSA took over that lot. I would recommend you to find another lot to park in during your vacation. I will be contacting the BBB and LAX, as well as find the business license (which is public record) in which they are working under. I will retrieve their insurance company's info and fie a claim, since my lousy 151.15 loss doesn't seem to interest them in paying me back.

Dear customer, It sounds cheap and economical but you have to spend more than 1 hour to be picked up after your trip. It makes me very tired after long travel time. I have to call taxi and spent 20 for a short distance. You will get the same treatment from this parking service. In addition, this parking service hire a contract van service, which has broken seat and door. I will never use it. I don't want one of you get the same situation. Robert

You get what you pay for, and in this case - I didn't even get that. Do not use this place. What a crock of crap this business is. I arrived at their 24/7 lot at 4am, for a 6am flight out of LAX. Not a soul in their lot to get my car parked and get a shuttle. There was only one other customer there when I arrived but shortly after, at least 5 other customers. Not one working person in the completely wide open office. Keys hung on the wall, computers and cell phones sitting on the desk, but not a working soul around. I called their corporate office, not open yet. I called the numbers they had hung on the wall, shuttle driver - rude and could care less. By then, another customer had taken up with me trying to figure out what was going on.....at 4:40am I gave up and went to find alternative parking closer to the airport. Unfortunately, I was too late and missed my flight. Thanks very much Premier Parking. I ended up sitting at the airport for another 4 hours before they could board me as a Stand By. The alternative parking ended up costing me another 80.00 and I have yet to receive any sort of credit or refund from Premier Parking USA - over two weeks of promises and nothing. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

Truly awful in every aspect. Disgusting dirty vans with no working seatbelts. Terrible drivers that scared every passenger. 45 minutes to be picked up and 1 hour after that to find and retrieve my car. Corporate could care less and was completely unhelpful. Travelers beware. Park your car somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience. Left me stranded because they are NOT staffed 24 hours like they claim, and they left my window down during a rainstorm, and then ignored my calls and emails trying to get it resolved. Do NOT use them. I don't care how cheap it is--you will most definitely regret it.
