Outstanding customer service and quick delivery. Quick online chat with customer service and they had me a quote very quickly with everything I would need to install my own mini split for a remodel I am doing. After not receiving my shipping info, I emailed them again and they quickly got it to me. Everything arrived in great shape. Properly wrapped and secured to the pallet. Can’t say enough good things about them and I will definitely recommend them to any and everyone that asks. Appreciate the great experience.

DIY-18-HP-WMAH-230B Okay, so finally my replacement filters arrived complete with air freshener strips. Thank you to Justin C.! Excellent customer service. And I really appreciate that he followed through every step of the way. He went above and beyond to help me. That's a rare quality these days! I have included a picture of the filters to help others who might run into the same problem. If iwae.com could post a link and possibly model number, I think that would really help future customers.
Amazing deal on a Mini-split AC system. Came as promised by Freight and had local guys install it. Ingram's told me what to order to make it easy and it was. Working great and will definitely be getting in touch for our big AC rebuild.

I spoke to Matt. He was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a mini split Heating and cooling system! His patients and knowledge of the products available were above and beyond what I have encountered from other Vendors!!!!
