Beware Inland!! Their customer service is horrible. I was a customer for 7 years before I needed a new copier/scanner/fax. I stayed loyal - big mistake. They steered me into a Xerox that was horrible and completely wrong for my business needs. All during the process, customer service was worthless -- calls and emails ignored, techs who didn't know the machines, etc. I bought myself out of a lease to be clear of Inland and Xerox, and now the leasing company is pursing me because Inland did not do the paperwork necessary to terminate the lease. A nightmare. Zero stars is what is deserved.

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did the \dispose\ of my personal printer they were \holding\ they didn't have accurate meter reads, they have (thus far) had 17 phone calls, and 13 emails that have not been answered. Once I reached a manager, she promised to take care of the mishaps and that was May 19th, I have yet to hear back from her. Megan, Chris and Dustyn are the absolute worst customer service reps i have ever dealth with. DO NOT USE INLAND! They are a joke.

We are saddened to read the previous review, as it’s clear that the person felt we did not care about them as a potential client. Because customer service is important to us, we’re grateful for the opportunity to share some facts about how we do business with readers of these reviews: Similar to leasing or purchasing a car, when businesses lease or purchase a technology solution from us, we work with them to secure financing. Of course, customers are welcome to pay cash; however, most businesses recognize the benefits of recognizing the expense as an operating cost via a lease. As with any financial transaction, the banks we work with run a commercial credit report, or in the case of a very small business, a consumer credit report to determine credit-worthiness. Consumer and commercial credit are similar in that running an inquiry will not ruin one’s credit. And of course, a credit report illustrates a company or individual’s ability to follow through on contractual obligations based on payment information and public records. Although rare, sometimes despite our best attempts, potential clients are unable to be approved for credit. For this reason, and for customers that need a device for shorter than a 3 year duration, we also offer device rentals and even allow potential clients to use our devices free of cost for a trial period. Many of our clients or potential clients take advantage of this option, as this review writer did. We regret that the offer of a rental device did not meet this particular clients’ needs. We hope that any reader of the previous review that has questions about how our financing process works will meet with our friendly sales representatives or leasing professionals, as again, customer service is our top priority.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Aimee one of their sales reps had lied to and manipulated us into the hopes of getting a new machine to increase our marketing and help with cutting costs. All of which we really had needed. She had promised us a brand new machine and did not come through, and had wasted 3 weeks of our time and fell through on all and every promise that was made AFTER documents had been signed. We then went to a meet and greet meeting the manager Bill and the president Beth who also both had promised and shook on it that they would hold onto their end of the deal and make it happen. We had been so excited to get our new machine the C70 and were sure since we shook hands and had signed documents. Only later to find out that they ruined our credit and did not hold up their end of the bargain. I am so appalled by this company’s business that I don’t know what to say or do at this point. We are considering moving up to corporate office. A word of warning: they only want your money and DO NOT care about you or your business.
