My experience with Brookline was 100 percent quality and professional. I was given a tour of all of their facilities and the pleasant, cheerful, and warm interactions between residents and management makes it very clear that they are a relationship-minded, caring, personal touch, comforting and welcoming living community provider. Reading Chase's review has all the signatures of a disgruntled former employee. I enthusiastically encourage people to visit the Brookline facilities for yourself and you will find the same thing I found, and you too will instantly disregard Chase' absurd review.
