Very unprofessional thieves. They are very fraudulent as a former facility Coordinator I was frowned upon for upholding the dc chapter 35 provisions. trainings are fake. Imanage is a horrible system that is used by the company which has failed them numerous times. A whole house including staff and management contracted covid-19. 15 people. Fire drills are just out in to pass cpr and DOH survey which manager is forced to put in even though the drills were never conducted and if your caught by dds or doh they will never agree that it was instructed. The homes are in deplorable conditions broken furniture not enough staff per the waiver authorization. They like to steal money as well once they found out I was suing them for lost wages and a hostile work environment I was let go. Work the managers like slaves upper senior management doesn’t care director Mercy is the most fake person I have ever met. When you don’t do there dirty work they let you go. Working DSP staff for 24 hours without sending in a relief. The 5 star reviews are from upper management when we had our weekly meetings before covid they would have all facility coordinators to go on google and indeed and add positive reviews to make the company look good . Stay clear of this place you have been warned..

If your attendants care for the people they work as bad as they drive and ATTACK PEOPLE WHILE IN COMPANY CARS then I know for certain that these people are NOT cared for. Just because they have a license doesnt mean they should drive. POOR CHOICE IN STAFF. GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS FOR YOUR DISABLED FAMILY MEMBERS
