The customer service here is amazing! From the day I expressed an interest in getting a hot tub- now, they have been there to answer every question, address every concern, and help in any way they could to make owning a hot tub a reality! They went above and beyond in service during my purchase to ensure it did not interfere with the financials of closing on my house, which is something you don’t get when you shop with big box retailers!
The staff here is super helpful. They sell the FROG system which has really helped keep my hot tub in balance. They sell incredible products here so you should definitely check them out.
