My mother had Integrity come out and look at her heating/AC unit on the roof. There may have been a misunderstanding in between what was going to be done for the payment that she provided. My mother is going through a lot somewhat,she just lost her husband,my father not too long ago and things can get crazy. Anyways long story short. An act of work was done, my mother wasn’t happy. I called up and talked to Mona & after our polite conversation back-and-forth with Mona explaining everything to me and why it was done the way it was which I am sure they are totally justified but now I firmly believe that integrity is a company who truly cares about their customers and their community. Then Integrity offered to refund my mom’s money which totally delighted my mother. Thanks Integrity totally appreciate it!! Mike B 3/25/21

So many issues with Integrity. Brand new system installed last year. 1. Put the AC unit right outside the main bedroom after I asked for it to be on the other side of the house. Installer stated “these things are so quiet you won’t hear it”. Sounds like a Jet Engine starting up. Wakes me up in the middle of the night. 2. Installed ceiling vents all wonky. Didn’t center them in rooms. Just tossed in. Left black marks all over recently painted ceiling. 3. *BIGGEST ISSUE* After the system was installed, immediately ran into power issues. Lights flickering, surges...etc. Technician stated it was his apprentices fault and he fixed it. He leaves and issues start up again. Call again! Get told that the technicians “aren’t electricians” and don’t know how to fix it. Come to find out, they put too many amps on the breaker and overloaded it. 2200 fix to an electrician on top of the already overpriced install. The kicker is, we asked beforehand if the breaker was good enough for the unit and were responded with a resounded “yes”. Anything for a sale. Look elsewhere.

Integrity's employee Drew is a tenacious, patient and competent repair person. He kept coming back to work on our stand-by generator consulting with the manufacturer until the generator was up and going. We had out first outage and the generator ran great.
