We shipped a parcel to the Netherlands on 12/21/2020 from Lowell, MA , priority mail insured for the full value of the content. This is the second shipment we did for the very same merchandise since an earlier parcel returned \unclaimed\ (this merchandise is already paid for by the recipient) after almost three months. We had to pay postage again ( 72.00). It took 9 days to get to Miami International Distribution Center and according to USPS tracking is IN TRANSIT to the destination since December 30th but it does not appear on the foreign tracking system. I have a feeling, from previous experiences, that when a package stays in transit too long it might get lost. CAN ANYBODY DO SOMETHING? If there are issues due to the pandemic or other matters, either in US or in a foreign country, why don't you warn your customers? Who is supposed to know about it? We ship a lot of packages but it isn't our business to deliver them. We know about our business and we pay for our mistakes. You should do the same. Thank you January 8th 2021
