Don't waste your time. We have been advertising with them at the Texas Home and Garden Show for years. In the beginning it was profitable for us. However, over the years we have watched the show decline in customer service and consumer attendance. I tried repeatedly to talk to someone about it, but nothing ever came of it. This last show was a shock. On Friday we had about 5 people walk by our booth. Then Saturday picked up a bit and we may have had 10 people walk by our booth. Then on Sunday it was maybe 5 people again. Obviously, the company is struggling because not only do we pay thousands to put a booth there, but they charged my staff working the booth 10 per person to get in and 10 to park. Then when the show was over my staff went to go pick up our things and they charge them 10 to get in even though the show was over! I called upset about this, and was assured we would be refunded. We weren't. After arguing back and forth for a while I finally cancelled all future shows. The lady came back and talked me into doing the bigger shows in the spring and just not doing the upcoming shows. Then I was transferred to Chris Cahill. She was awful. She kept emailing me over and over about the upcoming shows. I told her repeatedly we cancelled those. She then told me they were keeping our deposit on those shows so I told her we would not be doing any more shows with them. Then she sent me back a long email griping at me. I asked her not to contact me again and she sent another email saying "lol". She is horrible in customer service. Who treats their customers like this that has been a devoted advertiser for years? I will never do another show with them. There is another company that does Texas Home and Garden Shows. Use them....not International Exhibitions. They take your money and don't advertise enough to get the attendance up to make it worth your while.
