High expectations. Low pay. In my 15 years in the Production field, I've never experienced working in a place like Gamco. I \served\ 3 1/2 yrs at this \plant\ ation, only for the 3 day shift and weekly pay. The machinery is old and often broken down. The facility is overrun with dirt and graffiti all over the equipment and walls. A very unprofessional look. I've worked all 3 shifts and what I witnessed would make one's jaw drop, especially the night shift, from thefts and more. Use your imagination. There turnover rate is astonomical. There's biased discrimination/favoritism towards on-majority\ descent. The worker's concerns/opinions fall on deaf ears in HR, but their \door is always open.\ A co-worker once had a grievance and was asked (by HR), \what does that have to do with you?\ She was told to \just keep your head down and work!\ By HR! Gamco's environment is TOXIC! What applies to one employee does not apply to another. No matter what the policy states. It's what the \higher ups\ feel necessary to do is what happens. I did gain added experience for my resume' which was a help in securing my new position days after my unjust termination. Action has been taken on my part with the NEOC. In 2020, these discriminatory actions should not still be tolerated. P.S. The 2 stars are for the few wonderful people I met while working there. Peace and blessings.

Don't work here. Just telling y'all not to. People run you off from this place they expect you to be fast your first day. Not to mention if you work in a warehouse setting you are supposed to have on steal toe boots didn't see one person with them on everyone had regular shoes on. The supervisors are good but some of the regular employees aren't nice at all they talk behind others backs and they like to cause problems this was the weekend shift if you can handle this job awesome if not then find something else.

International Gamco is cool place to work and I enjoyed working their, but the supervisor is not a people person. As an employee trying to learn there procedures is a lot to learn. If you don't learn their procedures right away they will become critical, and turn you away. This supervisor cannot keep people on their shift because of it. In my experience, I wanted to help out and asked to be trained on a machine this supervisor stated to me that she was not comfortable with training me on this machine because she believed I had too many problems learning what I was currently doing, and implied that I was stupid, and later demeaned me by putting another person person on what I was doing working under this person. It brought tears to my eyes, and later that day, I stated I wanted to go home, because I was not feeling well, and this supervisor then stated to me that I am not Gameco material and sent me home. A nice place to work, but not good working conditions.
