I am really disappointed in those guys. I am hosting with them since 2016 and this past weekend I saw a charge on my bank account. Actually I was charged for two of my domain names that have not even been due yet. Even though a refund was issued, I don't appreciate how this whole issue was handled. The person on the phone was not very friendly and came up with a lame sorry this happened. I let him know this was unacceptable.

Have been using them as one of my hosts for about two years now. Have finally decided to switch to someone better. Service, resources, price are all decent. However, the website needs major upgrades to the entire framework and most importantly, customer service needs major improvement. Managed support is not worth it and in my opinion, a rip off. They are not very competent. But alas, in America you tend to get what you pay for. I recommended them as a cheap unmanaged VPS host and a decent shared host because of litespeed. As far as managed servers, there are much more refined companies with easier customer service options and actual assistance with all of the software or control panels, not just cPanel.
