Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I own 22 Wascomat washing machines. 2 years in service and the paint on the door trim is already peeling. I Called them to get the paint code and they tell me they don't provide. instead they want you to buy new ones from them which means a high investment.

The company has a colorful, glorious history. However, It begins and ends there. Service quality is poor if non-existent if one is not already in the Laundrylux family of laundry owners already. The firm appears to be resting on its laurels, the effects of COVID-19 aside.

Does anyone know the color code to match the great paint. The paint on the inside of the doors starts to bubble and rust. I bet LaundryLux never responds to this post. But.they should sell a color match.

Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost! worst company to deal with when you need service or any help even if you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with them. If you call and say you want to buy a washer / dryer they'll be at your store before you hang up, But when it breaks down you get crickets...

This is the worst company you can buy any product from, their laundry machine are made to brake often and their part department do not have a good customer service. Search for parts somewhere else, if your part get lost in shipping they will hold you responsible and will not give you a refund until they get paid by the shipping company.

Poor service. I have been trying to get a quote for washers and dryers to build a laundromat and no one is helping. They took my phone no. And said some one will call me back but no one did. I am not sure how this company will servive if they don't want to do business.
