The team here is always so friendly,very nice and they always smile and make you feel welcome even when they are very busy. I can’t wear mask do to health issues so they come outside for even when it’s cold and there freezing there butts off. I so appreciate how they go out of there way for me and never seem to mind!! Would highly recommend to anyone and I do!!! Many thanks to the whole team at URGENT CARE in INWOOD!!! There the Best!!

I have been here several times before and have never had a *terrible* experience, but this last time I was there was by far the *best* experience. I would trust Dr. Brian Schleter with my and my family's lives. He was super nice, actually listened to me, explained everything thoroughly and provided excellent, detailed paperwork to give to my employer whenever I was able to return to work. If you see this Dr. S, thank you so much! I wish all providers practiced the way you do! :) Unfortunately, It's not often that you get a provider who listens to the patient and has impeccable bedside manners, so I genuinely appreciate his services.

Nice, friendly, & professional staff. Depending on the day & time you may have to wait. My suggestion is to register online. I believe that cuts the wait time in half.

The staff were all caring and compassionate from the front desk, to the nurse, Charles, to the provider. I felt that the care was exceptional and when you do not feel well, it is great to find such kindness and thoroughness.
