Terrible customer service. Had several problems with them. The latests was I tried helping my son get a new phone by calling to say it was okay. They refused and said I had to be present, even though I'm an authorized user.

Waited for over hour just to be helped and was never asked what we needed. They never said how long the wait would be or anything. We came in for something that should have taken about 2 minutes and waited for over an hour! Very angry about the service we were provided with.
