Sushi is overpriced and nothing special. Not great quality but it's Iowa, so I guess this is to be expected. They do not seem to be especially mindful of Covid, and there was definitely not 6 feet between groups. When we were in we saw the owner yelling at a poor waitress, and she was almost in tears.

Wonderful atmosphere. Prices are comparable to other sushi places. 6ish dollars for basic rolls, 12-13 for the nice rolls. Definitely recommend the Formosa roll. Great service from Yara.
Phoned in an order at 545. We were told it would be 45 minutes. At 7:15 we were still waiting for our order. We asked for an update. The server went in back, came back and proceeded to seat someone. Also, it’s -2 outside and the door wouldn’t stay shut. The people dining inside were freezing.
I typically don't leave online reviews for food but this experience was horrible. Ordered delivery and would like to say the food was really disappointing. I am not sure how it is rated a little over 4 stars. Ordered a poke bowl, 2 types of sushi roll and the fried spring rolls. I love sushi rice but the rice in these rolls and the poke bowl is bland and taste like overcooked day-old rice. It looked like it was intentionally drowned in sauce to cover that up. Only good thing was the seaweed salad and the mango slices. The spring rolls advertised for an order of 6 was actually only 3 spring rolls cut horizontally in half to get 6. They should update their photos cause it's misleading. The spring rolls were additionally stone cold inside and outside. Food taste like something you'd get out of the cold sushi section in Hy-vee. Would not try again.
Overly flashy sushi that all starts to taste the same because of the shear amount of mayo and eel sauce and fried crumbles they throw on it. Also the meal deal where you get 3 rolls is really deceptive because not all rolls are 3. In fact, only the most basic and minimum effort rolls are 3. Pics for proof.
