I highly recommend the U.S. Cellular store on Boyrum in Iowa City. We came in to purchase a phone for our teenager and were so impressed with Chael, the store manager who assisted us. He was so patient, honest, and helpful as he explained all of our options and how it would affect our monthly plan, etc. He listened to what we were asking for and helped us find the best value for our family. He went above and beyond when he took the time to explain Apple family sharing, parent controls, and all of the questions I had as a parent. I feel SO happy with our experience!

People inside were very friendly they was able to talk to me and give me a decent price on a new service and I was with Verizon wireless but I'm probably going to go to US Cellular it was just a better deal even pay for a new phone

I would not recommend going to this one the customer service is poor and the guy who was supposed to help us had the worst attitude. Coralville is the way to go. I hope they learn how to treat customers. If I could leave zero stars I would
Glenn was terrible. Told me the wait time on a transfer was 2 hours and so I got permission to leave for bit. He said he would close at 8 but stick around so we could just knock and he'd open the doors. When we got back 20 mins after 8 he was gone and now I don't have a phone. Terrible service. Also took forever.
