It really wasn't that the work wasn't done in a timely fashion, it was more like when it was finished there was no attempt made to call or even email me?? So I think some time went by and I did not even know that they were finished?? And if you remember correctly I never changed my mind on the color (let alone half way through?)... what I did is give you two color choices, one being the premium cerekote and the second being the regular cerekote... I told you to do the premium one if you could but I said if you couldn't get it because it was new to the market then go with the regular cerekote. You did eventually contact me and told me that you could not get the premium color but you did aquire the second choice... Nonetheless as you see I did just increase my rating for your company to 4 stars because I think we both learned something from this transaction?? I hope you are not mad because I may stop in again one day?? You do good work, I mostly blame myself for assuming we were on the same page when we were not... So that is more my fault than yours I think? I wish you and your employees the best and hope everyone makes it safely through this crazy covid madness? I am a firm believer that you cannot please everyone all the time but I do give you credit for trying because in the end I am willing to give you my business again because of your professionalism... and that means alot in this day and age... best of luck and I do appreciate your willingness to rectify the situation...
