Got massage here couple weeks ago, I really love how iRelax Spa put clients safety first during these time. They limit the traffic to only one client in the lobby, change linens after each client and added 15 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize everything in the room. Everyone wears masks. Before I was hesitant to go, but after I experience there hard working on safety, I feel very safe to get massage here and my therapist Anni was amazing, strong pressure released all my stress that day, I slept like a baby lol.

they don’t speak english, appt booked for valentine’s day at 8pm & we were rejected at the door. the lady tried to give us her business card & we didn’t want it. won’t ever come back. do not come here. awful!

They had me to pay upfront before my service but did not ask a man to do it. By the way I am an African-American woman and while I was in the room on the massage table there was a man who walked in who sounded to be Caucasian and she escorted him straight back without a transaction at the front desk. I asked her about it and she kept saying she didn’t understand and I asked to speak with the manager and she just gave me a card. I called back asking for the manager and she hung up. I will be taking this matter further, as I believe I was discriminated against based on my ethnicity. I was never rude or belligerent during our conversation. I would not recommend anyone spending their money here.
