Rose was the person who took my call both times. She was polite but had not information to help me. I had to call her back when she hung up on me during the first call. I simply asked if I could bring in a dozen bankers boxes of records for shredding in front of me. When I asked for their address, she told me they were in the United States (God help me?). Then she asked me to wait while she checked and told me it would only take a minute. Five minutes on hold and she told me she forgot my question. She said she would transfer me . After another few minutes she told me to go to Office Depot. My questions was very simple and Rose could not answer it. I just wanted to know if I could drop off a dozen boxes for shredding and pay cash . I will NOT waste my time calling them again. WASTE OF TIME.
