Super long wait with a very rude staff. One up front and one in the kitchen and they were both openly bad-mouthing the customers in the lobby easily within earshot. Just ridiculous. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I made a visit tonight for an order of lobster rolls. For one I had to wait for at least 30 minutes with other vehicles as well. Then when I finally get my food the rolls were hard and the lobster is spoiled!!!! The smell was awful!. Mind you I am 8 months pregnant on top of that!!!!! I will never go to the captain d's. Worse service ever!
Their fish is delicious! Staff were polite and pleasant..
Super crew working here! No kidding, never felt more appreciated at any location. Will definitely go out of my way to visit again.
