WE THE PEOPLE should be able to contact you all. You should answer the phone for THE PEOPLE. You work for us you should pick up the phone when your bosses call you. We should be able to close you down if your not working for us. I am a single mother of 2 and the IRS has taken my income tax return for 10 years for a school I have never benefited from in life because the school had a bad reputation. And even though they have taken every penny I have earned... The loan has never been paid on... Why. Where is my money. My children need that money. And now the IRS is keeping my stimulus checks too. How am I supposed to create a good life for my children if you JERKS AND THIEVES KEEP STEALING MY MONEY??? Answer that IRS.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. I filed an amended return almost and 3 months ago now, and there is still no update on their website or IVR system. The recording simply states the system should update within 3 weeks of the mailing date. Again... it's been almost 3 months.

I mailed my tax return (2yrs because I missed one due to my husband dying) to Austin,TX on July 15th where they said to mail them. After a week I had to call them due to a letter saying I owed 2018 taxes. I immediately called and advised I had mailed both 2018 and current. They advised me they would make notation on computer and informed me they had received them. Now in September when I call I am being told that they never received them!

How do I get a human on the phone? The paper they sent me have a phone number but then tells me to go online. I wasn't successful online! Originally I was sent a letter saying I owed 186.00. I paid it online. Next i see it was paid. Two weeks later I got a check from IRS for same amount i paid! I cashed it. Two weeks later I got another bill this time the price went up to 187.00. Wth??? I need to talk to a human!!!

These IRS agents are rude as hell, especially when trying to get help on the errors pertaining to the tax return, they seem like that they don’t have the patients to help for those who have a lack of understanding. I wish there was a more convenient way to get help and get some of respect from these Indignant agents.
