We have been a customer for the last 14 years; it has been absolutely a pleasure doing business with Aminian Business Services! They are all professional, honest and courteous! They deliver what they promise and they also provide excellent customer service! I give them A!!

These guys are a scam! Do NOT buy anything from them. We purchased a refurbished copier from them 2 years ago. During the sales cycle we have multiple emails from them stating that if we are not happy with the unit they will replace it for free as long as we had an ongoing maintenance contract. We have been paying them 1,400/year on this one copier for maintenance and since DAY ONE we have had issues with the finisher on the unit. Now 2 years later, the finish is completely broken and won't work at all. Fred Aminian will not stand up to his promises that he will replace the unit for free. He is giving us all kinds of run around that the finisher is not included in the agreement, that it was \free\, etc. The agreement clearly states that \all included accessories\ are covered. I think that a finished, supplied at the same time as the copier should be an included accessory. These guys have been nothing but horrible since day one and are just scam artists. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!
