You have to be a male to get service here. Came in, wasn't greeted nor asked if I needed assistance. Every man in the store was acknowledged and offered help. It's 2020 people.... I'll never shop here again for our Traeger accessories, pellets or anything else. Would not recommend.

Redoing the backyard during the pandemic was a challenge. But Joaquin and Richard made the experience as easy as possible. They were able to help me pick out the best grills and accessories, provide a great design along with all the specs, and help me exchange things when it didn't match in person. What a great experience!

They do not always have every thing on hand which is why the get 4 stars. With that out of the way, the staff is very helpful and honest. They have decent prices on wood pellets and are not pushy when it comes to sales.
