Call Tools is very user friendly! I ran into issues a few times but my account executive Ashley came to the rescue! She was there every time I needed a hand. If it wasn’t for her customer service, I’m not sure what I would have done. Some words of advice, Call Tools, you need to step up your customer service. There’s absolutely no reason I should be waiting hours at a time for technical issues to be resolved.
