Nate is the real deal! He is objective, goes over all the options available thoroughly, and is extremely talented at explaining the why behind each course of action. He set all financial expectations appropriately. I felt very confident throughout the entire process he had my best interest in mind, and was professionally assertive enough to negotiate favorable terms that I was happy with. The thing I loved most though was how easy it was to get a hold of him every time I had a question, I usually got a response within 30 minutes to an hour...and responsiveness goes a long way!
