Great customer service from the beginning. Ordered the wrong size , my own mistake! Zoey from inland leather was so helpful and prompt and dispatched a replacement immediately. Quality is brilliant and great value for money. Would highly recommend and will purchase again..

Inland Leather Co. has the best costumer service I ever rated before. Got a jacket with a bad quality leather first. After reporting the problem to them, Zoey rapidly ordered a replacement. Also, I had genuine leather jackets before. However, none of them can be compared with the one I got from Inland. The XL size fitted my body exactly (6” 8’ - 230 lbs). Definitely, I’ll buy jackets from them in the future.

Great place for all your needs. Very accommodating and well managed. After a I realized I had ordered the wrong size there was no problem with them exchanging it for me. Not only that, but the manager Zoey Far was extremely helpful throughout this process and never let me feel like I was forgotten about. The jacket looks and fits great. Overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone. Whoever is paying Zoey needs to be paying her more because she is an absolute delight. That was the type of service I would pay extra for. 5/5 stars

I received two custom tailored jackets from Inland Leather. A classic World War II style A2 Army Air Force Flight Jacket and a Shearling American Flight Jacket with U.S. Flag on the shoulder thanks to the effort of Zoey Farland who works for Inland Jackets in Irvine, California. The American Flight Jacket, itself, looks like a replica of Charles Lindburgh's A1 Shearling Jacket he wore on his Atlantic flight on his aircraft, "The Spirit of St. Louis." Both jackets can come in a unique Camel Fur (Camel-Orange) color to make one stand out smartly in a crowd while wearing a traditional pattern. If you want leather jackets that fits well and meet your personal tastes and style, I highly recommend getting an Inland Leather jacket ! They have a variety of styles and colors to meet your particular needs.

I purchased 2 leather coat and a jacket , it’s absolutely the best quality leather and it was made very well, my jacket came a bit small , it was handled quickly and I got a new jacket within a week , I have recommended Inland leather to all my friend and family .. I’m a hotelier and service and responsive is very important to me .. they are the best ..
