The system is a bit rigid, and the biggest issue being that it is very difficult to get support for account issues or problems. The online resolution or chat feature might as well not be featured. A bit of a PR stunt I wonder to advertise that they have, when the feature can not solve ANYTHING. Calling in will send you through multiple prompts, a good 10-20mins before you'll reach a representative.

I have been 45 min on holds and technical support, does not answer, and DR is locked out, worst experience ever.

The app has so many technical issues (including not being able to adjust notification settings). I emailed customer service a few times and they basically gave me the middle finger. Do not recommend.

Awful support. Took them 3 weeks to even respond to my support issue and it is still not fixed. Avoid this software at all costs. The support is in Costa Rica and they WILL NOT let you talk to anyone in the USA....
