I've suffered from lower back and Sciatica pain for over a decade. I finally decided to take a friend's recommendation and contact Koh Physical Therapy. They offer Telehealth appointments so you can do the therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. Dr. Perkins created a customized care plan and I'm slowly gaining back a lot more mobility. It's also covered by my insurance. I would definitely recommend KOHPT. The staff and therapist are friendly and professional and the office is very spacious and clean.

Koh PT is an unbelievable experience. I had no idea how injuries from childhood played into my problems today. They take the time to understand all of your past history to help you fully recover, and teach you how to stay healthy. Exceptional staff and facility.

Koh PT is absolutely the best in Orange County! I've been going here for treatment of my chronic neck pain after a car accident in 2018. Everyone is highly skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic and super nice. All of the staff are wonderful but the ones I've personally had incredible experience with are Jennifer (she's the most amazing!), Eric (he's so accommodating!), Justina, and Dr. Perkins and Dr. McClusky who literally know exactly how to treat and manage your symptoms. There's no wait as long as you have an appointment and the office is very comfortable and clean. They take all precautions to keep everyone safe. There's also ample parking right in front of the building. I highly recommend Koh PT to everyone.

This PT place is very nice. The 1st visit was mostly spent for evaluating and no manual therapy. Received the shock therapy & class III therapy. The Laser caused me more pain later on. But, what bothered me was that them asking me to have an open credit card for them to charge whatever or whenever they want( incidental) I have handed them 2 insurances with the maximum out of pocket met.Which mean they'll get paid 100%! So, there's no need for them to have an open CC. When I talk to the office billing manager( married to the owner Koh, considering herself the owner). She is telling me that they're in compliance with HIPPA guidelines! I'm an RN. Im fully aware of Hippa guidelines. There is no way that the HIPPA would be having any practitioner in asking for an open Credit line!! I have never, ever been to any PT place where they would be asking for an open CC. So, for this reason I will not be going back! I see someone else's review here with similar issue. This was a total waste of time & money for me specially coming from NB. Perhaps report their behavior to the pt board & HIPPA. Btw, the office never has anyone available answering their call either, and it's very hard to understand their Korean accent on top of a mask!

I would recommend checking your credit card or whatever payment method you have with them. I was assured earlier that there won’t be any additional charges other than a certain set amount for each visit. I did NOT write my credit card numbers on the authorization form they required to sign. Instead, I just paid the amount after the therapy by swiping my card. They assured me that my card info won’t be saved there. Guess what? I recently noticed that they charged me 180. They did NOT even send me any bill before they attempted to charge. This is how they do business. Front desk staff was not able to explain what happened and it is so hard to even talk to the office manager. Because I was ignored and was not able to address issues with them, I filed a complaint with Physical Therapy Board of California. It was horrible experiences (especially how they handle a complaint) & I can’t believe they do business this way.
