I moved to my new home last week and I was looking for drinking water filtration. I called several companies and McCowin responded professionally and promptly. I worked with Scott and he tailored a program perfectly to suit my needs. Matthew, the person who did the actual installation, was very courteous and professional. Then came the follow-up regarding the service, which I really appreciate. This is a first-class company starting from the top. I highly recommend them and you will feel the same way once you call a few other companies. 5 STARS!

Great customer service and friendly professionals. So easy to work with. Just put in our new system so I can't comment on the benefits just yet, but plan to once we've lived with it for a while. As far as the sales call and installation - both were very professional and pleasant. Sales call was only 20 minutes, compared to another company that was here for 2 hours! Scot respected my schedule and was able to explain the benefits and prices of the different systems in a timely manner. The installation went smoothly and Matthew and Spencer did a great job. I can't wait to taste and feel the benefits of our new system.

WOW! Blown away by the huge change in the feel and quality of my water. I was researching whole home filtration systems and initially thought of going salt-less, but then I had my water tested and learned just how astronomically hard my water was (as if I couldn’t tell by all the build up on my faucets!). I also learned that the amount of chlorine in my water rivaled that of a public swimming pool.... yikes! So note to all my fellow OC residents: you too NEED a water system in your home! McCowin was a great help in exploring the options, answering my endless questions, and ultimately installing a perfect system in my house. Absolutely all the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And the best part of the whole thing.... no gimmicks, you really can instantly feel the difference! I feel so much better about the water I’m drinking and showering in.
