My family has easily bought over 10 computers from these guys over the years. Each time we get the latest computer, buy the extended/ultimate warranty, and if there's ever a problem we bring them back and never worry about it. I'm pretty savvy with computers so I tend to fix any problem but I did have a HDD issue and they replaced it with a larger & faster HDD, no questions asked. These guys are the best or else we wouldn't keep going back after 20 years.

I've bought my last 3 laptops from Notebook Shop and I always go here for any repairs. I love these guys. They always go over and above for me. I have in past gone to big more commercial repair shops and my computer never worked right and every time I'd take it back to them they would insinuate it was me or my computer's fault and charge me more money. But since I found the Notebook Shop I never go anywhere else-I trust them completely. They are top of the line with their repair technology and stay current with the updates the computer industry.
