Fredy is an incredible professional. My agent helped me find him for an urgent structural review needed in my garage as my house was completing escrow. Out of five engineers consulted, Fredy was by far the best communicator, provided options and ideas that others did not even mention, had my interests and cost savings at the forefront, provided extremely fast turnaround on his calculations, paperwork and design drawing. It accomplished exactly what it needed to, and much faster than anticipated. Besides all of that, Fredy is really just a fantastic person on a human level. So easy and great to work with.
