I had a print framed here as a result of finding the business via a Living Social deal. The dela would have left no room for profit so I told the owner to add on a bit to make it worth the time. The owner was helpful in picking out a frame and method of framing the print perfectly. Unfortunately her hours are not constant as she also does photography so that makes communication and pickup a bit difficult. I was told the job would be done by the following Monday but did not get a call for pickup. I tried calling the office with no answer and did the same the following day. Wednesday I received a call back which is not acceptable for a framing company trying to generate business. There are plenty of places to get prints framed at similar quality but with faster turnaround and better communication so I will not be going here again. I would like to support this local business but don't have much of a reason to.
