I leased a new Rolls Royce from these guys in 2014. The lease is up December 31, 2018. Trying to return the car is like pulling teeth. First they wanted to schedule an inspection with a third party vendor before the return. They sent me a letter 30 days before the end of the term to tell me this. I called to schedule the inspection and the first available date was after the maturity date. I called Rolls Royce back and told them the situation. They then called me back and said the inspection was for December 17 and sent me a confirmation. This morning, I called to confirm the inspection and told it was cancelled by Rolls Royce. What a joke. I then called Rolls Royce and they said don't worry about the inspection but to call the selling dealer to arrange for the return. I called Orange County Motor cars and was told by Freddy no one was available to help and that someone would get back to me. I get better service at the Chevrolet dealer than you do with Rolls Royce!

This is the biggest scam dealership you could ever do business with Freddy told my wife a front and rear pad and disc replace would be just over 6,500 plus tax which would come out to be over 7k We paid them 500 to de glaze the rotors that did nothing took are car back and called around for a better price beverly hills rolls royce did the front and rear rotors and pads with labor out the door 3,895 so when I called back was told by Freddy that is how much there dealer charges what a joke and scam artist no way is one dealers pricing more than another especially not 40 percent more DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE BEWARE OF THE FRAUD!!!
