I find this urgent care very convenient to go to. Really like the staff & more specially the doctor. I’ve been lucky to have Dr Ryu on duty every time .

Staff was very courteous and tried their best to assist me in the hurricane of work that probably buried them in the midst of this pandemic. Providers were also very nice and professional. The only gripe that I had was that insurance was not verified properly for my visit (I made my appointment 4 days prior to the visit, so that should had given ample of time for insurance verification). I also work in a clinic, so I knew exactly what went wrong the moment front desk asked for a copay upfront (I do not have an urgent care copay per my health plan AND IPA, and I did not have to pay copay when I first came here in July for the same reason of visit). Front desk eventually reimbursed me on the spot when I questioned further re: reason for copay. Of note, thank you, Maria, for putting up with my questions and for addressing this to whoever that handled billing/insurance verification. If you are coming to this urgent care center, make sure that your check with your insurance first re: your urgent care benefits (copay, deductible, etc.) Also check if this urgent care is in-network with your plan (or IPA if you have HMO).

I came here for the first time to take a work provided drive up COVID test. I sat in my car, the nurse came to me, and the whole thing was done within minutes! It was super easy and she was lovely and friendly.

Friendly and competent staff, clean facility. After filling out paper work, I waited about 15 min, then saw a Physician’s Assistant (not a doctor). Total wait time was about 30 min for walking in. You can make appointments. I was in and out within about an hour for a relatively minor medical issue. There’s no “Urgent Care” sign on the building so just follow the parking lot signs that say “Urgent Care”. They will direct you to a parking lot loop on an elevated platform next to the correct building. It will be inside the “Irvine Center Medical Plaza” one. First door on left if I remember correctly.
