What a great experience!!! ServPro was very professional in all ways! Especially during this pandemic, they were very clean and sanitary. The technicians all wore masks and performed a wonderful remodeling job. I highly recommend this company for any damage repairs. I was shocked reading the past reviews because I have no complaints. When comparing the price to other places, this was the best and best quality! Kayla did a great job at maintaining communication and answering all my questions and concerns! She would email and call me promptly! Wonderful job!

I was really impressed by their work. A line from my washer bursted and there was water everywhere! I was really stressed because of the pandemic. All workers showed up wearing masks and gloves and took every precaution to make sure I felt safe. Thank you so much guys! Keep up the good work!
Beware! Do not use this business. Check the actions pending at BBB, CA Contractor's License, etc. I wish I had read and heeded the other reviews before using ServPro of Irvine. In April of 2020, ServPro of Irvine stole over 5,000 in insurance money which was to be returned to us. They cashed a two party check when it was inadvertently mailed to their business and then lied continuously about it. I have sought to have my money returned from both ServPro of Irvine and ServPro Headquarters to no avail. Thus far, I have only received words and no action of any kind. Angry, disgusted, and betrayed doesn't even begin to cover our feelings. If stealing money isn't enough, know that they will draw out your repairs for as long as they possibly can. They also did not provide any invoices nor breakdowns on the costs of repairs before demanding payment inorder to remove the lien against house. The lien had to be removed or we would had lost the sale of our home. They knew this and took advantage of our distressing situation to the maximum degree. We are a subcontractor who they hired in January of 2018 to install hardwood flooring throughout a home. The work has been completed, the homeowner loved us and the work we performed but still after many promises to pay and many many attempts on our part to receive payment they no longer take my calls or return them. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR SUBS!
