This company is worst irresponsible public service company I ever came across recently. I sold my building in late March 2020. Two three month later I received power bill. So immediately I called office to tell them I no longer own building and don’t need power on. Three days ago 11/17/2020 I received third bills after they told by me I don’t own property , don’t need service get me off service account for third time. I am total tired out calling to wait wait wait. For long time each month to show they got to stop service under my name. Totally incompetent staff & management.

SCE is trying to make me pay for utilities used by LOS OLIVOS apartments, AFTER my lease ended and I was already moved out. Terrible process. If logic was applied, it is clear I should not be held responsible.
Mail and website took me for a wild goose chase tonight. Just wanted to sign up to be alerted when the power goes out.
I am an older woman and I remember what service use to mean. So Cal Edison seems to remember too!!! The best people ever. I mean it. I love to get a call from these people. The most incompetent company in SoCal. They keep messing my account, spend hours on phone being verified only for their representatives not be able to give me my account information?? Why the hell do they not give a choice on provider??? 4 years with SDGE I’ve never had a single issue. 2 months with SCE and they’ve changed my accounts twice without my authorization and refuse to assist. Absolutely useless! 6 representatives. All this to try to view and pay my bill online. What a joke! Who do you have to sue to change providers? Disgusted by this company.
